Applied online and received an email asking to schedule a phone interview 2 days later. The phone interview consisted of behavioral questions. At the end of the phone interview she told me that there was an actual in store interview the following week at the location I was interested in working at. At the in store interview, there were 4 people. 2 department managers, store manager, and an HR manager. They asked more behavioral questions and one of the department managers took me out on the floor and we did a mock selling. Both interviews consisted of standard behavioral questions and it was fairly simple.
