Initial contact is done through a phone interview, basically to make sure you are a normal person who can hold a conversation and speak English. Once you have passed the phone interview, they bring you in for an in-store interview. The in-store interview will typically consist of you sitting in an office with two of the department managers. You should hear back from them within a week.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
