There were three steps: apply online, then phone interview and then in person interview. An offer came quickly after the in person interview. The online application took approximately 30-45 minutes.

I applied online and got an email saying I qualified for the job a day later. I then scheduled a phone interview two days later. For the phone interview, I was only asked one question, something along the lines of "when will you be able to work?". After, I schedule an in person interview. I went in for the interview, along with several other candidates. After 15 mins of waiting, I was called in to talk and interviewed. Interviewer then proceeded to show me what I would be doing if I got the job - how to use the phone for orders, and showed me the stock room, etc.. I was told I would be called within a day or two to let me know where we would go from there - if I got the job or not. I wasn't phoned so I had to call myself and was told they had already hired someone else. Granted, I knew I didn't do too well because i was never and it was my first job interview.
