Applied online, then a phone interview by recording myself talking on a App. In-person interview at downtown Seattle flagship store.
Firstly interviewed by two manager-level people, very professional and friendly (but the male manager seemed busy by checked out his phone frequently, maybe my answers bored him). Basic interview questions like leadership, college experience, interest, why Nordstrom, resume questions, etc.
Next is an acting-selling interview. Asked to sell a piece of clothing I chose. The guy interviewed me said he was responsible of training sales people or something. However, he was very rude and inpatient. He constantly interrupted when I was talking (I got more and more nervous), and then ended my acting-selling in like 3 minutes. The lady behind me who was interviewing another guy seemed much nicer and patient. So good luck!
As soon as finished talking with that rude guy, I knew I would not get the job. Got a phone call said I did not got the internship in about two weeks.
