I received a preliminary phone call interview from the assistant department manager. The interview went well and a face to face interview was scheduled with the department manager. I met with the department manager and had a one on one interview. It was followed by a small overview and tour of the job tasks and site respectively.

Applied online, got a call back from the hiring manager and within 48 hours I got a call back. The interview questions are pretty standard, typical scenario questions and the manager discussed pay and commission structure. I

1 phone interview and 1 in person interview that was broken down into 3 separate interview sections.
Section 1 was a larger group interview/information section, section 2 was another group interview (2/3 people interviewing) and last section was an on the floor selling test.

First Interview was with the HR manager. It was pretty easy. The manager suggest which department you might be good in. Then you meet with a department manager. Everyone was really nice. I got to take a tour of the store and meet many employees and managers.
