First you set up an online profile to apply for different positions within the company which consists of a personality test and resume template. Usually if you submit an application within a few days of the posting you'll be contacted rather quickly for a phone interview. If you are contacted the phone interview lasts about 10 minutes and you're asked basic questions about your experience in sales and situational outcomes. If you do well you'll be asked to come in for an interview at the end of the convo. The in-person is a lot like the phone interview they are just getting more of a feel for you and if that goes well you will meet with the department you are applying for's manager and you will get to know them and the position you are applying for, maybe putting together a outfit for a hypothetical situation. Always ask for your interviewers' business card you you can send them a thank-you not in the mail and wait to hear back in about two weeks time.
