La primera parte de la selección fue por medio de formulario en Cia de Talentos, después realizamos una actividad con una persona de RH de Cia de Talentos, finalmente realizamos una actividad similar pero con los lideres de proyectos de la empresa.

Durante la última entrevista, se nos dio un escenario (contexto de una empresa hipotética), a lo cual tuvimos que dar una idea para seguir manteniendo a la empresa en el top de innovación tecnológica, sustentarla, discutirla en equipo y concretar una idea en equipo.

The interview process is straightforward and quick. It starts with a brief recruiter call, followed by a technical round that mirrors real work. Candidates who advance complete a short panel loop covering coding, system design and a behavioral chat. The final step is a quick conversation with the hiring manager to confirm fit and discuss next steps. Communication is clear and the timeline is usually fast.

They asked me to walk them through a project I was genuinely proud of and explain the specific decisions I made, why I made them and what impact it had.
The interview process usually starts with an initial phone or video screening to discuss my background and experience. If successful, it moves to one or more technical or skills-based interviews, where I demonstrate my knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Finally, there is often a meeting with the hiring manager or team to assess cultural fit and discuss the role in more detail. Overall, it’s a structured process that evaluates both technical skills and interpersonal abilities.
I got the opportunity through a campus hackathon. Faced questions on Python, DSA, and Object oriented programming. Though not selected, it was a great learning experience and motivation to improve.
