Brand recognition Still a lot of very good people to work with Global perspective, across many industrial verticals and markets Broad portfolio and exposure to leading technologies Opportunity for MBA case studies as to what NOT to do Untapped market opportunities
Constant workforce reductions lead to overload and morale issues. Heavy on process, low on empowerment despite much rhetoric. Organizational culture increasingly introverted, internally focused, slow to react to customer & market needs. Weak portfolio strategy, underinvestment in key areas, no M&A strategy, global mindset discounts unique NAM market requirements.

Camaraderie in the workplace, resulting in a good working environment.
The time available to complete projects is often unrealistic, but this is due to the high demand for network projects.

It all depends on what team you are in, most of the teams I know are very nice in terms of people.
There are products that are not up to IT standards and because of that, you don't develop as much as you would want to.
