J'ai postulé via une recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris +2 mois. J'ai passé une entrevue à Nokia (Montréal, QC) en octobre 2008.
Interview was relatively straightforward, in two meetings.
First with Senior Engineering Manager, assessing fit, experience etc.
Second meeting with Director and Tech Lead. Most questions from Lead were to ensure I had the domain knowledge and experience required to manage this type of team.
While not necessary for this position, it helped that I was able to answer some fairly technical C/C++, Java and Mobile questions. I was also questioned regarding software architecture, and general mobile development.
Otherwise, all questions related to people and development management, in particular agile.

At the time salary offers were very competitive due to Nokia being new to Montreal. I got pretty much what I asked for.
