You will talk to HR and then later to a hiring manager. The interview will be drastically different based on the position and the hiring manager. Personality and past experience will be most important factors. I havent heard of any sort of testing but possibly for a developer type position.

The interview started off with intro which was interrupted and they didn't allow me to finish it. then they moved to k8's concepts and didn't want to check on any other concepts apart from that. they were rude.
7 round in person interview. Most grueling and felt pointless because of how repetitive it was. Both system design and Leetcode style questions were asked. Most interviewers were friendly, but I did not think it was worth going through all that.
