very long interview process, several face 2 face interviews plus one test with an indipendent 3rd party company related to my attitude to the role; the interview process was very slow and was completed in more than 6 months

The process takes three stages. Like any other enterprise, the first stage is the resume review. Once your profile is picked, the second stage will start. It depends on the candidate, it can be one interview or multiple until the manager is convinced. Upon his confirmation, the candidate will have an HR interview.

Questions depends on the job role. Nokia is a networking company so the question will evaluate the network skills, such as routing BGP/OSPF, design, virtualization, VXLAN, SDN...Also, you may have questions related to team work and problem resolution.

FIrst contact to the company was through my professional networking. HR called me and arranged a phone interview with my Line Manager and then a personal interview with HR at the local office. The process was stratight-forward, direct questions about past experience and soft skills.
