lengthy wait times and they try to schedule interviews for a lot of candidates on the same day. They will have a phone screen first and if they like you, will call you for an onsite interview
It was an easy interview. The interviewer seemed to understand my "different" technical background and showed interest in my skills. I was mainly asked how I can employ my capabilities to the current and future projects.

Was very long .. 5 interviews.. but pleasant. people are very approachable staff..arround 4/6 month long recruiting process.
Missing long term carreer projection and effective job function which is for me crucial in any recruiting process.
