The interview was great. Informative, transparent, and I was scouted particularly because of my interest in business and entrepreneurial path. Overall it's great, I was even late for the deadlines for the licensing multiple times. But luckily my hiring manager was pleasant to work with and very understanding. Dont count this as a way to score points or be excused. Your manager may vary.

It is a three step process. Company does utilize your credit information to see if they want to bring you on with the company if you have any thing that may draw a red flag they will make you pay on it and will not hire you although they authorize you to sell policies. company interviews you 2 times to discuss pay and benefits and on the third time they want you to bring your significant other to ultimately get them to join along as well
