I had a 30 minute video chat with a recruiter that went well.
I was supposed to have a 30 minute call with the hiring manager but she happened to be out for the day we scheduled so I spoke to a Technical Support Manager instead. That also went well.
They sent me the technical assessment. The wording of the prompt confused me a bit but I did what I thought was expected and I turned it in. They opted to pass on me after that.
The only thing that was negative is that you only deal with a recruiter via email so while I appreciate that he did get back to me to let me know they were no longer interested I can't ask what I did wrong without harassing him to be the messenger so essentially I gain nothing from the experience.
After successfully installing the agent within your application, please take me through how you would handle a support issue. We provide most of our support via email, so you should approach this as a dialog with a customer. Imagine a scenario where a customer is describing how the New Relic agent doesn't appear to be reporting data when they deploy their application.

I attended 3 rounds of 1 hr long interview.
1st round was technical assessment. basic knowledge on any specified programming language is being tested. the other two rounds were focused on determining humanitarian values and other behavioural assessment

Interview
First round was technical round covering technical aspects and behavioral question related to TSE role. Second Round was Hiring Manager round covering basic behavioral questions. Third round was Take home assignment in configuring new relic agent in a demo project.Fourth round was again technical round covering basic technical and behavioral questions. Final Round was HR round covering more details about job role and salary negotations.The interview process is very quick and transparent

Started with screening call. Then interviews with hiring managers. Fair, asked good questions. Good people. I thought they were thorough but not overly aggressive. All well done by their team overall.
