I have applied on-line & got contacted by the a manager of the talent acquisition team in order to set up a phone interview first - Once the talent acquisition manager evaluated my potential candidature I got proposed a skype interview with relevant dept's members which allowed me to get the green light for the F2F interview for which I got invited to Hilversum
