J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Microsoft (Mountain View, CA) en nov. 2015
Entretien
I applied for Intern position in Microsoft.
First they would do an on-campus interview in your university. If you can pass that, you will come to the final-round interview, which is on-site. Microsoft would compensate your travel, food, hotel, etc. fee. The final-round would last 4 hours since it consists of 4 smaller interviews, usually 3 engineers and 1 team manager. And in a few days they will give you feedback.

Straightforward technical loop overall, with strong interviewers at every stage. I genuinely enjoyed the in-depth conversations around technical challenges and algorithmic problem-solving — the entire process felt well-structured and genuinely engaging.
