Email from MS talent team. Interview arranged. All went well, then MS just ghosted me, even after chasing. It's fairly typical behaviour from MS so set your expectations very low. Interview was very easy and sailed through. The talent team appeared to be quite arrogant.

(interviewed for a LinkedIn position) Interview process went as expected with a technical screen and a set of onsite interviews, with various recruiter check-ins in between. All of the questions lined up with what I'd expect for a similar position at other established tech companies. At times I needed to reach out to my recruiter and coordinator to keep the process moving.
