J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Microsoft (Seattle, WA) en déc. 2015
Entretien
1. Resume Submission to University Recruiter
2. ~30 min phone interview
3. On-site Interviews in Seattle consisting of four back to back interviews. Process moved quickly. I was contacted for phone interview in early December, traveled to Seattle in mid/late December and then got my results shortly after New Year's. The recruiters who take care of you during the on-site interviews go above and beyond to make sure that you have a good experience as possible. In the interviews, they didn't ask any bs behavioral questions like "what is your biggest weakness?" Instead they mostly asked to describe projects that I have worked on and to solve circuit/EE problems on the whiteboard.

4 interviews on site in Seattle, the recruiters were super cocky and the reason I might never go to MS would be due to my experience with them. A friend of mine was told straight “even My ten year old son can code this” like really? Why not hire your son? Stop demeaning people
