After submitting my resume the HR called me and told me that they would like to schedule my first HR interview to the following day. The next day a SW engineer called me and we spoke for about 45 minutes on the phone. She asked me questions that had nothing to do with the position I was interviewing for or my resume, like "Why did you choose to work in Data"(?). She didn't even know what position the interview was for, just that I was interviewing to her team. A few days later I received an email that I didn't pass.

Three rounds of interview starting with phone screening, middle round of online interview and final round of three interviews all schedule within a couple weeks time. Interviews were Microsoft recruiters followed by employees
