Casual Interview in times of Covid-19. Using Teams to for individual interviews is working nicely. The people interviewing also know their role and clearly they are agreeing the topics everyone of them is going to discuss with you. I would have been happy with the process even not getting an offer but how the closure was done was pretty disappointing. I was pulled through a series of inteviews (6 separate calls) and afterwards nothing told how the process would go. After 2,5 weeks I was just sent an automated email saying that "Thank you for applying, better luck next time". I would have assumed to be getting some level of personalised comms, even in for of an email. No reason given what happened. Please Microsoft think your recruiting process through as the closure part is really important for the candidates and also for you. I would assume you would like to get people staying interested applying still for new positions.
