I had a phone interview, followed by an on-site interview in their Redmond office. They asked a lot of behavioral questions in the phone screen and two rounds on the on-site.

Entretien
Applied online as a 2nd year CS student in 2023 Fall. Scheduled virtual technical interview. It was a big Microsoft Teams call that had many other students in the same call. We would enter breakout rooms at a specific time to conduct our interviews.
First round: Phone call; only behavioral. October Second round: 3-5 panel of engineers (technical) Hear back by November - December. Got an email a couple of weeks after submitted application.

Entretien
The interview process was overwhelming for me because it was like my first main behavioral interview i was experiencing, let me just say i was over thinking it.
It ended up being really chill and communicative.

5. What is your least and favorite TECHNOLOGY?
6. How can you explain technology to a toddler?
Then for the last question she specifically said it was an open ended question.
7. How would create a phone book.
