First round. Simple technical interview. Talked about past experience. very friendly guy. helped me through the code. on campus interview at university of illinous urbana champaign. very short 30 min interview. got put on a wait list.
I had a code screen from codality, resume/HR round, 3 interview onsite. Was not awful but bar has definitely been raised. I think that Microsoft is not paying enough for this bar.
1 behavioral, 2 technical . straightforward questions were asked in the behavioral interview and then in the next two rounds 1 technical question each, leet code type problems. the first interview was about 30 minutes long and then each of the next two lasted an hour

LC Medium questions - based on basic array/graph questions. Phone, virtual onsite, final which were normal leetcode based. Recruiter call was fairly straightforward with behavioral type questions - resume, experience etc.
