The process was during an MBA recruiting campaign. We went through a pre-screening, a call with an external assessor (behavioral questions), and then an interview on site, made up of a group assessment (40 minutes), and an individual interview with a manager, which was basically related to the CV. The whole process was too easy, and in fact the only parameter they had to decide was your sex and your race: 3 women out of 3 were accepted, 1 non-white out of 1 was accepted. The other 7 white man were rejected.
3 stages, phone screening , 1-1 about the overall type of job and generic personality/skill screening then an interview with 2 people from the company where one was the primary interaction doing a sales role play exercise and speaking more specifically about personality and technical knowledge for the role

first one was with presentation second one was about the position and your motivation to join microsoft.
telephone interviews were unprofessional and they always mentioned different job positions
