Dropped the resume through Microsoft career site, their process is very fast. I received an email with in two weeks to schedule an initial phone interview. The mail mentioned that the interview would be for three positions, Software development engineer(SDE), Software development engineer testing(SDET) and Program manager(PM). The interview was quick and smooth. Initial questions were all about the resume and the projects I have done.There were few behavioral questions and a couple of questions related to design and testing. Nothing related with coding. I was told that the result of the interview would be known through mail within two weeks. So waiting for the reply.
