One phone call and than a video call. Very laid back and want to get to know you on the phone call. Video call its more about them explaining the job. They dont really ask about you but more about the job and how much money you could make.

Was referred by a mutual business associate, and a job was created to fit my expertise. My prospective manager and I knew each other by reputation before the interview. Had a one-on-one interview for about 1.5 hours
