Insurance package with a lot of options. Amount for "wellness" can cover a good chunk of a gym membership or public transportation fees, useful for city dwellers.
As a contract employee I did not receive any benefits. At a company where a large part of their business stemmed from providing group benefits to other companies I found this shameful.

The benefits are pretty standard. Time off includes 3 weeks vacation to start and 3 personal days a year. Benefits are through a flex plan but still a little disappointing considering we are employees of the company that provides the benefits.
