I did the interview and I got accepted for the job. I had to do the background check which took two weeks. After that, I received a call from them and they explained to me that we wouldn’t proceed with my application because they interviewed other applicants with more experience and that there was another interview in person . So why did you accept me in the first place and made me wait for two weeks background check. Overall, really bad experience, lack organization and lack of respect.

Met at job fair which led to getting an interview. The interview was more conversational and informative. I didn't really have to say much. I just told them about myself and why I would be good for the job. They explained the job in detail and I got to ask a lot of questions . The employers seemed very nice.

Was called in for an interview based on my resume which was posted online. It was a two step interview process. First I met with my direct supervisor and then the branch manager. Discussed role and what I felt I could bring to the position and why I felt it was the right fit. Was asked why I wanted this role and was told to get back to my manager after a couple of days so I could articulate my answer. After meeting my managers requirements, I met with the branch manager who further scrutinized my reasons for wanting the position. After he felt I had justified myself enough to earn the right to work there, I was hired.
