phone interview or phone screen by business process analyst then if okay, you will be scheduled for 2nd interview with the unit manager it was easy, it was casual. just be yourself. and be prepared to answer some behavioral questions

Deceptive and insincere experience 1. I got a text invitation for a phone interview and after advising them of my availability, we proceeded accordingly 2. At the onset of the call, the associate who interviewed me shared that the hiring manager also wanted to meet or speak to me as they found my credentials impressive. We went on as usual, asking my previous experiences and the things I wrote in my resume. 3. The interview was easy, quick and casual. I was advised to prepare for and answer an exam to be submitted tomorrow, and also be on standby for the hiring manager's interview. 4. After the call, I was waiting patiently for the email that contains the exam but to no avail. I even sent them a follow up text but did not get any feedback. 5. Hiring Manager's interview - I woke up early and was waiting the whole day for the manager's interview but there wasn't any shred of follow up or courtesy coming from them. Is this interview really happening? Why telling me to prepare, and be ready for the exam and interview well in fact they wouldn't even do it or communicate with me? What's with all the promise and advice? 6. For the next two weeks I did not her a single thing from them.
