I was asked some simple questions as part of Manulife's recruitment process to explore my background and assess my suitability for the position. This was followed by situational questions. I actually asked a stranger for their opinion on a life insurance product, then reported and gave my personal assessment of that person to the interviewer. After that, we continued with a direct product consultation scenario. Everything went quite smoothly and without stress.
