J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lyft (San Francisco, CA) en juill. 2017
Entretien
The interview process took forever and the recruiter required a ton of follow ups. Also, the onsite was extremely unorganized. The interviews started late (like 15 minutes late!) with a lot of no shows.
The process had one recruiter phone screen, two separate phone screens with two different tpms, and an onsite with five different people (a pm, an engineer, a tpm, an analyst, and the tpm manager).
For the onsite, the first interview was a panel presentation (suppose to be with all five interviewers - ended up with just two) and the succeeding interviews were 1:1s about your presentation. Since there was a lot of no shows - the 1:1s were composed of awkward generic questions.
The entire process was a turn off and so I declined the offer.

Interview goes deep into applicants interests and resume. There is more of a focus on your accomplishments and gathering details about the applicant. Additionally, be prepared to go into detail and project management experience you may have.
