I was contacted by a recruiter and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in January 2014. Interview Details – Contacted for this position end of December and was contacted by recruiter to schedule a phone screen the first week of January. Phone screen went great. The next day I attended an in person interview with the hiring manager, two supervisors and sat with an employee and was able to see what the job would entail first hand. I received email requesting information for a background check once I arrived home from the interview. Received an offer of employment the following week.

Could not believe the lack of HR and recruitment during interview process. You get 2 knuckleheads interviewing you who have no training in doing such. Then I look here and see people who they hired and they cannot even spell. What a waste.
