Phone interview with recruiter. Was told I would hear from them in 2-5 business days to schedule another interview. I'm assuming this means my process stops here, as most other reviews says they were scheduled for in-person interview during the phone interview

The recruiter was 40 mins late for the interview and was not prepared at all. No questions were asked about my skills or anything pertaining to my past job skills. Seemed preoccupied. Very unprofessional.
