"Completely Ghosted…. I was not interviewed by phone by the recruiter before being set up to interview directly with the hiring manager Jan 22 while on vacation. I was told I would get a response the following week as this was an immediate hire, and that I would know the status within that timeframe only to find that the position was reposted and still no response or feedback from the recruiter. Sent a thank you email and subsequent follow up emails with no response as of 2/21/24,. Jobseekers: It is very important to understand that we evaluate the companies we seek to work for as well.
