Interview was over the phone with Senior Accountant and consisted of various general accounting questions as well as why accounting interested me.

Applied online. Was contacted by a recruiter to fill out a questionnaire of about 6 questions about a week later. A month later I was contacted for a phone interview and had an hour long conversation with my potential bosses. Three weeks later, I had an in person interview with the same persons I interviewed with. It was another week before I received a job offer.
