Interview was pretty straight forward. It was a panel interview with 3 individuals. The questions asked were all situational questions which means you should use the STAR method. You want to cover the situation, the task, the action and the result.

I was contacted first by a recruiter from Leidos to answer follow-up questions before the hiring manager reached out requesting an interview. During the time of the interview, I met with the hiring manager, another manager and lead trainer and was asked questions referencing skills, experiences etc.
