Contacted by recruiter, went to address given and no one had heard of the 3 people I was to interview with. Contacted recruiter and she stated she mis-typed the address. Made it to correct location and only 2 of the 3 people were available to interview me.

Very easy-going. Asked behavioral questions with very little experience questions. Was interviewed by 3 billing managers within the company for my first interview. Do not have to have experience, as they invest heavily into training for this position.
