S.T.A.R. method with two others in the room and one on the phone. Series of three questions by each interviewer. Quick finish and escort out the door when the questions were completed.
Processo rápido e perguntas relevantes, porém cheguei na etapa final e fiquei sem retorno (já faz 1 mês). Adiei reuniões do meu trabalho pois quiseram esticar entrevistas que durariam 1h, para 1:30h pois não deu tempo de falar tudo. Acho descaso não dar retorno depois do esforço do candidato para se disponibilizar.
