Applied on line. Phone interview with contract recruiter. Skype interview with person in same role for which I applied. Skype interview scheduled with hiring mgr. Rescheduled a couple of times. She stood me up on scheduled day. No contact. Followed up with recruiter and she rescheduled a regular phone interview. Then on-site interview at site position supported.
Straightforward. Questions are relevant to the job position. It could be in person or online. Usually, the first one is by Human Resources and another with the direct supervisor. Be ready to answer questions based on competencies under the star technique (what was the situation, what was the task, what was the action and what was the result).
