Talked with recruiter at career fair and I scheduled an on-site interview a couple days later. Two recruiters sat on the other side of the table as they asked me 10-15 behavioral questions. Hardest part was not being redundant and keeping the stories fresh. The interviewers were friendly and helped guide me through the questions. Although I felt like I didn't answer the questions well, they were still friendly and guiding and hey, I got the offer!

I talked to them and got offer for interview. Then, I had interview with them for an hour. About a week later got an offer. Have not decided on accept or decline yet.
