Entretien
The interview process took approximately 3-4 weeks. There were total of 3 interviews, the first one with HR, following with interview leaders and last one with managers. The each interview were approximately 30 mins long.

The questions were asked based on my previous experience with Car-t manufacturing process. There were also few behavioral questions as well.

Entretien
There are two types of interviews you go through. First, it is a 5-10 minute talk with HR. They try to understand more about your character such as what are your weaknesses, strengths. All in all, typical interview questions.
After 2 weeks of the HR interview, I was invited for the next round. The second interview was in person with two supervisors and lasted approximately an hour.

They asked me what GMP stands for and general questions about the job description to check my knowledge on the project (like what disease they are tackling with the product)

The recruiter want too assess your knowledge of the company and your motivation for applying, showing how well you align with the company’s values and culture.
3. What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
This is aimed at understanding your self-awareness, honesty, and ability to handle constructive criticism while highlighting how your strengths match the role.
4. Where do you see yourself in five years?
This question helps gauge your career aspirations and whether they align with the company's growth and direction, as well as your commitment to the role.
