J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Johnson & Johnson (Costa Mesa, CA) en juin 2015
Entretien
A J&J recruiter emailed me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went well. It was pretty standard, I was not able to get too technical as the recruiter was not part of the engineering team, but instead a HR representative trying to ascertain how my Resume would fit in with the stated requirements.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What are your goals, and what is your technical expertise in? What are your salary expectations? Please tell me about your experiences. - It was a 30 minute phone call with a mix of general and specific questions.
The process was only a couple of screening calls that asked about my experience. The interviewers seemed unprepared and did not ask any technical questions. The recruiter didn’t reply to all of my emails and said they would follow up on my questions but did not.
First stage was a zoom interview with hiring manager, next step was a panel interview (onsite or over zoom). Hiring manager was nice, talked through the entire process. Declined to continue after the screening call.
it was a positive experience overall. The interviewers were friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere. They asked insightful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. The interview process was well-organized, with clear communication from the HR team regarding next steps. Although I haven't received an offer yet, I feel confident that my interview was a valuable opportunity
