First stage was a zoom interview with hiring manager, next step was a panel interview (onsite or over zoom). Hiring manager was nice, talked through the entire process. Declined to continue after the screening call.
The process was only a couple of screening calls that asked about my experience. The interviewers seemed unprepared and did not ask any technical questions. The recruiter didn’t reply to all of my emails and said they would follow up on my questions but did not.

They asked insightful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. The interview process was well-organized, with clear communication from the HR team regarding next steps. Although I haven't received an offer yet, I feel confident that my interview was a valuable opportunity
