There are two interviews, the first one is the "very classic type" of interview with no-surprise questions, all very basic and standard and is a way to get acquainted with the person.
In the second one they "test" your customer service skills with the usual scenarios any customer service rep. person will face (unhappy customer).

The interview went well and I successfully passed all the different processes. They promised they to send the contract on the following day, instead they call me to announce they took another candidate.

Personality, languages, situations at work, knowledge of incoterms, priorities at work in daily business...
At that time met in person for the interview. I met with the management team first and then had to take a multiple choice test. The staff was was friendly.

The worst company and experience ever. They made my travel from Warsaw to Krakow for an assessment center. I just asked them as i put effort and money, please let me know what is the outcome. They never did, alrady years passed!
