Attended the blitz weekend in Memphis. Learned a great deal of infromation but was a bit too long and forced. Recruiters around 24/7 expecting to be asked questions at all times. Employees seemed to really love the company which is always great to see.

It was pretty relaxed. Two interviewers. It was on campus. They ask what I knew about international paper. They ask how I improved a process. They asked me to talk about a time I failed.
