They came to campus at the university I was attending and met candidates at the career fair. After, they sent emails to those who they wanted to interview and met me, again on campus, at my college's career center. The interviewer was polite and professional. He asked clear questions and gave me chances to respond.

Very long had to do like two interviews one of which was a long form one with a ton of people in it that split into breakout rooms definitely strange.

The interviewer was really friendly. The process itself is more like a conversation because the company really cares and wants you to decide whether it is good fit for you as well as you being a good fit for them.
