1, HR interview--who had a baisc understanding of what I'm doing(this went well as I worked as a on-site CW with work content 100% align to what they are looking for), my expectation of the salary &what they likely can offer etc. ;2,Direct mange interview;3, Senior mange interview. (Some other teams might involve team members to interview with the candidates as they would have very close collaboration together)

Entretien
Quick process, general telephone interview with a friendly person and was then flown to Swindon. Face-to-face interview followed by an offer before I'd even reached the airport to fly home again.
