Benefits package for full time employees seemed typical for a tech company: company matching for 401(k), stock purchasing, health care including vision and dental. Interns only had the health care benefits.
Very good insurance coverage comes for all the employees. The stock and other bonuses are valuable and beneficial.
Low compensation compared with other companies. They have a hard interview process and hire the best. But they aren't willing to pay and the managers blame it on "company process doesn't allow us to may you more". BS.
Benefits package is very good. Employee stock purchase plan is great as is the quarterly bonuses when targets are met. Vacation is good, although you lose any vacation unused at the end of each year.

Competitive, bonus structure is tied to company success vs individual success which has its positive and negative components. Extended health does not include acupuncture which is odd given the comprehensive health package.
