I had 4 phone interviews, all about an hour each. Each phone call was to a different person. I think 2/4 were people I actually worked with. The other 2/4 were workers from different teams. Each of the four phone calls went over different topics: 1. Hardware 2. Object Oriented Programming 3. Algorithms 4. Problem Solving Skills

Le RDV est humain, pas excessivement technique puisqu'ils ne s’attendent pas a trouver des ingénieurs directement compétents sur ce domaine. Le RDV avec le manager est suivi de 4-6 RDVs téléphoniques avec d'autres personnes pour donner des avis différents.
