It a good initial communication, I let him know a little bit about myself and then the interview introduce himself and his job role and group focus. The more questions related to my latest employment and move on to the design specific technical questions. Most I could answer but some more experience hands on questions I could not. The job require more experience then I had so the I did not get an offer.
