I was referred to the position by folks internal to the company. It took quite a while(>3 weeks) for them to get back. I was phonescreened by a senior manager, which went well. I had to follow up the next week to get invited for face2face interviews. I was interviewed by 4 senior managers - the first interviewer was fairly abrasive, the second and third were very sincere and friendly, what took me aback was the attitude of the fourth interviewer. He was positively bored - yawned repeatedly through the process, sneezed and wiped his hand with the back of his hand. After the interview, it took me two weeks to get a response from them despite repeated reminders.
